The Bioinspired Electronic Engineering (BEE) group, with multidisciplinary expertise (electronic, machine learning and image analysis, sensors), aims to investigate complex systems and phenomena, mainly in the biological field, through the development of new measurement systems, electronic systems, microfluidic devices (lab-on-chip), and machine learning algorithms taking inspiration by solutions and materials found in the nature.
